Running costs are workflow-tool subscriptions or hosting, plus model usage for the AI steps, usually modest per task. A retainer of $1.5k to $8k per month covers monitoring, new workflows and updates when the tools you connect change their APIs.
How we keep automations accurate and safe
- Human review for anything that sends money, commits to customers or changes important records, until measured accuracy justifies removing it.
- Evaluation sets of real documents and requests, so accuracy is measured before and after every change.
