Roles

Who you can add.

Every profile is a working engineer on our team, not a marketplace listing. Rates are published on each role page.

Vetting

How we pick the people we send you.

Fewer than one in ten applicants pass. Every profile you see has been through all five steps.

  1. 1

CV and portfolio screen against the role brief

  2. 2

Technical interview with a senior engineer in the same stack

  3. 3

Live coding or take-home exercise reviewed for quality, not speed

  4. 4

    English communication and async-writing check

  5. 5

Reference check and background verification before onboarding

FAQ

Staff augmentation, explained.

What is IT staff augmentation?

Staff augmentation adds vetted engineers, designers or QA specialists to your existing team on a monthly basis. You manage the work; we handle recruiting, HR, payroll, equipment and replacement. It is the fastest way to add capacity without the cost and delay of local hiring.

How is staff augmentation different from outsourcing?

With outsourcing you hand us a project and we deliver it with our own project management. With staff augmentation the engineers work inside your team, in your tools, under your direction.

How quickly can someone start?

You get a shortlist within 48 hours, interview within a week, and the engineer starts within 5 to 10 business days of your decision.

What does it cost?

Monthly rates start at $2,600 for QA engineers, $3,000 for mid-level developers and $4,000 for senior engineers, up to $7,800 for leads, which is 60 to 70 percent below equivalent US salaries plus overhead. See the rate table on each role page.

What if the engineer is not a fit?

Tell us within the first two weeks and we replace them at no cost. After that, a 30-day notice lets you scale down.

Do augmented staff work in our time zone?

Our core hours overlap fully with European mornings and four to five hours with the US East Coast. Stand-ups are scheduled in your working hours.

Who owns the code?

You do. Everything is written in your repositories under an IP assignment in the contract.
