Can we switch models mid-project?
Yes. A common path is fixed price for the MVP, then time and materials or a dedicated team once the product is live and the roadmap is moving.
What is staff augmentation and do you offer it?
Staff augmentation places individual engineers, designers or QA specialists inside your team under your management. We offer it as part of the dedicated team model, from one person upward.
How do you handle time zones?
Our core hours give full overlap with European mornings and US East Coast afternoons. Stand-ups are scheduled in your working hours.
What happens if we're not happy with an engineer?
Tell us. We replace the engineer within two weeks at no cost and hand over with full documentation.
Do you sign NDAs and assign IP?
Yes, before any access to your systems. IP assignment is included in every contract.
